Production time

Every personalized piece is stitched to order in our Sarasota, Florida studio. Please allow about 2–3 weeks before your order ships. Unpersonalized items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $100. Otherwise, live carrier rates are shown at checkout. Express options are available for faster delivery once your order ships.

You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

Because personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Unpersonalized items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
